We use the information that you have given us in order to book appointments, provide quotations and invoices, annual reminder emails.
We may share this information with any Property Management Companies you are connected to for managing your holiday home.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in a locked filing cabinet in the office. All electronic information is securely stored via password protected computer, followed by password protected cloud-based storage.
We keep all client records (containing personal data such as Name, address, email and telephone number) for 7 years from end of tax year/ accounting period (as recommended by Information Commissioners Office ICO) We will then dispose this information by confidential waste disposal.
All HMRC records will be kept for at least 5 years after the 31st January submission deadline of the relevant tax year (as recommended by HMRC), then dispose of this information by confidential waste disposal.
